Your questions answered

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum purchase is 500 pieces per item number. For larger volumes, there are benefits on the unit price. Please contact us for a customized quote.

Can I have my own product designs made?

Yes. In addition to existing products from our range, we can also produce custom-made products. This requires higher MOQs and a longer lead time. Our engineers will be happy to assist you.

Who is responsible for the packaging design?

You can supply your own artwork (vector PDF or AI file), or we can design your packaging based on your corporate identity. Design costs will be quoted separately.

How long does the entire process take?

Expect 8–16 weeks from first contact to delivery at your warehouse. This includes intake, design, sampling, production, and transport.

Are the products CE certified?

Yes, all our products comply with EU directives and are CE certified. We provide test reports and declarations of conformity upon request.

Do I also deliver in Belgium and Germany?

Yes. From our warehouse on the Maasvlakte, we deliver directly to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg. Ready to build your own product line?
